In this room, we introduce RIOT OS, Ariel OS and related topics around embeddes systems – ranging from developing directly on hardware to software updates and network security. In workshops, we develop examples in C and Rust.

If you're interested in Linux on Mobile devices feel free to come around for some spontaneous hacking sessions, chats on current developments, to ask questions or to give a short presentation of your project.

Based on the program for FrOSCon in 2024, Gentoo e.V. and TroLUG want to offer a rich and varied 2-day program on various topics, including the Gentoo and Debian distributions and free software for smartphones. XMPP will play a special role. Short presentations, demos and workshops will encourage visitors to join in. There will also be plenty of time for spontaneous topics and social interaction

OpenStreetMap (OSM) is an international project with the goal of making a free Creating a world map. For this we collect data about roads, rivers, Forests, houses, restaurants and much more. And provide everything for free and freely available.

As in the years so far, we will offer a program around the open source CMS WordPress with lectures and workshops. The program is aimed at all WordPress users, from beginners to "experts".
